  • Return Policy

  • Return Policy and Cancellations 

    If you would like to return a product, let us know within 30 days from date of invoice and we will credit 80% (restocking fee, see bellow*) of the value of the product (less S&H).
    We must be notified first and a Return Authorization number given before merchandise is returned.
    All returns must be shipped UPS or Parcel Post, freight prepaid. Freight will only be credited for our errors.
    Return Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days after date of issue.
    Special, custom or parts orders can not be refunded.
    Damaged or defective merchandise will be exchanged for identical item.We do not issue refunds.
    All parts must be enclosed in the carton and packed in the same way they were received. If any parts are missing we will be unable to process your return.
    All merchandise will be examined upon receipt, no exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
     
    Cancellations - Since we ship out the same or next day, orders cannot be canceled if the product is in stock. A 20% restocking fee plus freight will be charged on canceled orders including orders not accepted at delivery.
    Special orders also cannot be canceled.

    *Restocking Fees

    We offer conditional 30-day money back guarantee for most other items. The conditions include non-refundable items and 20% Restocking Fee.

    Why restocking fee? We do not want to profit by selling low-quality products and charging high restocking fees. However, restocking fees become necessary in order for us to keep our costs and prices down. A majority of customers never return items. When items are returned in non-resalable conditions, we have to sell them as used and below costs. If not paid by those who returned them, the additional costs had to be "shared" by others, which we believe are not fair. We choose to keep our prices down by charging a restocking fee to non-defective, non-fault returns. We try to keep the restocking fee as low as possible and in line with the cost associated with the return.

    We reserve the right to check the conditions of the returned items before issuing a refund. Any item that become non-functional due to user error or any item that do not have a matching serial number between the product and the original receipt or retail boxed items returned without the original retail box, manual, accessories, or tools will be accessed parts charge.
